The S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in Syracuse University is looking for an instructor to teach VIS 207 Introduction to Graphic Design during the Fall 2026 Semester. (3 credits)
The open section meets on Tuesday/Thursday 5:00pm-6:20pm.
Course Description: Teaches underlying principles of visual communications and the fundamental strategies, tools, and practices of graphic design; emphasizes visual problem-solving, including conceptualization, typography, layout, image editing, and production of print and digital communications.
