Job Overview
Our client is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and detail-oriented Family Law Attorney to assist with cases. This role will have a flexible schedule and may be hybrid or possibly remote (however, candidates must be located within the State of New Jersey).
Duties will entail representing clients through complex and sensitive domestic relations matters, with a primary focus on divorce proceedings and child custody disputes. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional advocacy skills, strong negotiation capabilities, and a dedicated commitment to guiding clients through challenging personal transitions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensure: Active license and in good standing to practice law in New Jersey.
Experience: 2–5+ years of dedicated experience in family law, specifically handling divorce and custody cases.
Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong negotiation and litigation abilities.
Deep knowledge of state family law statutes, court procedures, and local rules.
