    Bay State Community Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Family Support Worker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping families build stability, strengthen relationships, and access the resources they need to thrive.

    Job Summary....

    The Family Support Worker (FSW) provides information and educational resources to family members in addition to providing referrals to community resources.

    What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference....

    • Function as part of a team
    • Provide information and educational resources to Family Members
    • Assist families in identifying local resources to meet individual family needs
    • Host parent and Youth Support groups
    • Must have flexibility in job schedule to meet operation hours of the FRC; ability to work afternoon/evening hours
    • Driving is required

    Schedule:

    Mondays until 7pm, Tuesdays until 7pm with flexible on the start times, and Fridays 8am-2pm

    Requirements

    • Experience working with youth and families
    • Experience working with educational systems preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Additional languages are desirable
    • Strong Computer Skills
