Part-Time Fitness Sales Associate

HOTWORX Omaha is looking for high-energy, motivated individuals to join our growing team. This is more than a front desk position - it's a sales-driven role where you'll help grow the studio, inspire members, and create an exceptional experience both in person and online.

About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtual instructor-led workouts inside infrared saunas, plus a functional training area for strength training.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging studio tours and convert prospects into members
• Sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and promotional offers
• Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
• Build relationships with members and create a welcoming environment
• Assist with social media content and community engagement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio
• Support daily operations and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed
• Outgoing, positive, and confident personality
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable talking about sales and asking for the sale
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Social media experience is a plus
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred

Staffed Hours

Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Evening and weekend availability is required.
