Part-Time Float Treatment Coordinator

Multi-location Dental Group seeking a Rock Star Dental Treatment Coordinator for a Part-Time Float role in the Tampa area!

This is a part-time float position covering Fridays and Saturdays across our Tampa-area locations. You'll rotate between offices, so flexibility and adaptability are key. Core Competencies:

• Comfortable presenting the value of dental treatment to patients
• World-class customer service, no matter which office you're in
• Strong grasp of dental insurance so patients always feel supported

Essential Functions:

• Confidently present treatment plans and discuss financial options
• Explain the value of dental treatment and convert same-day appointments
• Willing to have candid conversations with patients and follow up on unscheduled treatment
• Answer insurance-related questions with confidence
• Impeccable organization across multiple office environments
• Flexibility is non-negotiable; you will be moving between locations
• Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and patient experience no matter where you land
