What You'll Do
As a Part-Time Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and accurately stocking floral products at various locations.
- Setting up and maintaining appealing, organized floral displays that meet presentation standards.
- Ensuring product rotation to keep flowers fresh and inventory levels optimal.
- Building positive relationships with store staff to coordinate delivery schedules and merchandising efforts.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of displays to ensure a professional appearance.
- Assisting with delivery and merchandising during peak holiday seasons when extra hours are available.

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site at various retail locations in Danvers, MA. The schedule includes early mornings on Mondays and Thursdays for deliveries (89 hours) and shorter shifts Tuesdays and Fridays at nearby locations (34 hours), with an additional weekend visit to both locations (Saturday afternoon or early Sunday morning, 34 hours). The overall hours are 2528 per week, with potential to reach 40 hours during holiday peaks.
