As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in managing the floral department, ensuring fresh, eye-catching displays that delight customers. You'll work closely with store management to deliver stunning floral arrangements and maintain the quality of inventory, helping to create a welcoming shopping experience.
What You'll Do
As a Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
Managing the floral department independently, including receiving and processing deliveries on Mondays and Thursdays. Breaking down pallets and organizing incoming floral products efficiently. Merchandising floral products onto sales floor displays to attract customers. Maintaining and caring for floral inventory, including watering, cleaning, and ensuring freshness. Performing resets, following planograms, and maintaining visual standards to enhance store presentation. Completing light paperwork and inventory tasks accurately. Creating attractive, customer-friendly floral displays that inspire and delight shoppers.
What Youll Bring

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand all day, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Previous merchandising or floral experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Wells, Maine, and offers flexible part-time hours. Shifts include Mondays and Thursdays starting at 7:00 AM, with additional maintenance shifts on Tuesdays and Fridays. Weekend visits are flexible, and holiday work is required except for major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.
