Hours: Approximately 6 hours on Mondays & Thursdays, 4 hours on Tuesdays & Fridays, and 2 hours on weekends (flexible around major floral holidays)

As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll be essential in supporting the floral department by maintaining fresh floral displays and ensuring the store always looks inviting and attractive. You'll collaborate closely with our regional supervisor to deliver stunning arrangements that enhance the shopping experience.
What You'll Do
As a Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining fresh floral displays that are attractive and welcoming.
- Watering, cleaning, and caring for floral products to preserve their freshness and quality.
- Following planograms and completing light paperwork to meet merchandising standards.
- Lifting, bending, and moving floral products safely and efficiently, up to 40 pounds.
- Assisting in preparing displays for major floral holidays and special occasions.
