Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: Mon & Thurs: 6 hrs; Tues & Fri: 3 hrs; Sat/Sun: 2 hrs (ONE WEEKEND DAY REQUIRED)

As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating eye-catching floral arrangements and maintaining fresh displays that brighten customers’ days. You'll work closely with your Merchandiser Lead and report to our regional supervisor to ensure your work makes a positive impact.
 

What You’ll Do
As a floral merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Merchandising and maintaining fresh floral displays
• Watering, rotating, and caring for floral products
• Following planograms and completing light paperwork
• Building attractive floral arrangements to enhance the customer experience
• Moving, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and organizing floral supplies
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing work area

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel
• Dependability, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, walking, and standing
• Experience in floral or retail merchandising is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate

Location & Schedule:
