What Youll Do
As a floral merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
Merchandising and maintaining fresh floral displays
Watering, rotating, and caring for floral products
Following planograms and completing light paperwork
Building attractive floral arrangements to enhance the customer experience
Moving, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and organizing floral supplies
Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing work area
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for local travel
Dependability, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, walking, and standing
Experience in floral or retail merchandising is a plus, but were happy to train the right candidate

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Exeter, NH, and offers flexible weekday hours primarily Monday through Thursday, with some weekend work required. Hours may increase during major floral holidays and peak seasons.
