Seeking FOH team-members for Thursday, Friday, Saturday shifts.
We are a fast paced, big hearted, hospitality oriented restaurant in the heart of downtown Winthrop. We are looking for a new server to join our team and stick with us through late-September/mid-October. Also optional to stay beyond this date, if it's a good fit for all. Upbeat attitude, quick to learn and can handle a busy environment. Our team is small but mighty and we pride ourselves on our service.
Our style has been described as "elevated counter service" - we take orders but deliver food and bus for guests, as possible. We are open 8am-8pm so our shifts can be morning (more espresso service) or afternoon to evening (more alcohol service).
Requirements:
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday shifts
- Experience in a serving
- Must have WA MAST and food handlers certs
- Barista experience a plus
- 18 hrs/week or more
Compensation:- Hourly rate averages $28 $38 all-in, depending on experience. Tips are pooled and distributed across the team based on role, seniority, and good standing.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Barista, FOH
Prepare beverages to spec, operate espresso equipment, process transactions, and complete opening/closing checklists. Greet guests warmly, help them navigate the menu, and keep the bar running smoothly, keep the dining areas tidy, bus tables, wash dishes. Jump in to support the team when primary tasks are done.

Counter Server, FOH
Primary guest contact greet, take accurate orders, guide guests through the menu, liaise with kitchen via POS, deliver food, ensure order was made as ordered, and keep the dining areas tidy, bus tables, wash dishes. On slower shifts you may also cover barista, busser, or expediter duties.
