Part-time FOH Team Member

Chick-fil-A is seeking part-time front of house team members. We are looking for individuals who consistently demonstrate our Core Values: Do it the right way / Be Reliable / Speak Kindness. Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Use Chick-fil-A approved language.
• Implement Chick-fil-A customer service model on every order.
• Smile and welcome guests.
• Create and maintain eye contact.
• Speak enthusiastically.
• Treat all guests and coworkers with respect.
• Remain at your station unless instructed otherwise.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with guests and coworkers.
• Adhere to the employee manual at all times.
• Complete other duties as needed.
• Ability to work front counter, drive thru, face to face, dining room and third party sales.
• Refrain from inappropriate language and conversations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Reliable source of transportation
• Punctuality is a must
• Cheerful and positive attitude 
• Enjoys serving and helping others
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to take direction from superiors
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Have the ability to lift and carry 25 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
