Part-Time Food Service Position
The Bloomer School District has Part-Time Food Service position available. This position is Monday - Friday during the school year. The main responsibilities include: serving food during meal times and cleaning/sanitation of dishes, kitchen equipment, work area, and cafeteria tables. Other duties will include food preparation and storage, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, and other duties as assigned by Head Cook and/or Food Service Director. The position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for a long period of time. Applicants must have a high school diploma and ServSafe certification within 6 months of hire. ABOUT OUR DISTRICT: The School District of Bloomer serves approximately 1,250 students in grades 4K-12 in a rural community 25 miles north of Eau Claire. The Districts three buildings consist of a 4K-4th grade elementary school, 5th-8th grade middle school and 9th-12th grade high school. The district has high levels of family engagement and is generously supported by the community.
