Part Time Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a friendly and professional Part Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the property and local area.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
• Perform other front desk duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and basic office software; experience with property management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
