Job Summary:
We are seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, checking guests in and out, making reservations, and assisting with any inquiries or requests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle reservations and cancellations
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable
- Address guests' inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
