Job Title: Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator
Pay: $18.50/hr to start; increases to $19/hr once hired on permanently
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face and organized support that keeps the office running smoothly. You'll work directly with the office staff to ensure visitors feel welcome and administrative tasks are handled efficiently.


What You’ll Do
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Answering and directing incoming calls in a polite and timely manner
  • Greeting visitors and checking them in professionally
  • Logging phone orders accurately into the system
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail with care and attention
  • Assisting with creating and assembling marketing materials for promotions
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies for printers and copiers, scheduling service calls as necessary
  • Providing general administrative support such as data entry and document preparation

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

  • Capability to sit for extended periods and operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 35 lbs. occasionally

  • Comfort working in an environment with natural and synthetic scents
