We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our Port Richey office. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a busy environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming patient experience.

Position Overview
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting daily office operations, coordinating appointments, assisting patients, and helping maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

You’ll be one of the first points of contact for patients, helping ensure they feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their visit.

 

Schedule

• Evening shifts available: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or 5:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Saturday availability preferred: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Part-time schedule averaging approximately 10–15 hours per pay period
• Flexible availability is important based on business needs

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients warmly and assist with the check-in process
• Coordinate appointments and help manage daily schedules
• Answer patient questions and provide general information about office services
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
• Support smooth workflow in a fast-paced dental office
• Travel between nearby office locations as needed
• Assist with additional front office responsibilities when required
