Part Time Front Desk

Nesco Resource is now hiring in Leitchfield for a Part-Time Customer Service, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable position.
 
Job Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer payments.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and collect payments.
• Post payments and maintain accurate account records.
• Answer customer service calls and assist with account inquiries.
• Input customer orders accurately into the system.
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and account reconciliation.
• Maintain customer and vendor records.
• Work with internal departments to ensure orders and payments are processed accurately and on time.
