TEEZ Hair Studio is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and sales-minded Front Desk Team Member to join our team!

This position is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

We are seeking someone with a flexible schedule, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service and sales. This is not a position for someone who waits to be told what to do—we are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative, stays busy, and is always looking for ways to support the team and improve the guest experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming salon experience

• Booking and managing appointments

• Answering phones, texts, and client inquiries

• Following all salon policies and procedures

• Recommending and selling professional retail products

• Promoting and booking add-on services

• Assisting with salon marketing promotions and events

• Maintaining accurate client information and appointment records

• Helping keep the salon clean, organized, and guest-ready

• Completing laundry and other daily operational tasks

• Cleaning and tidying salon stations, common areas, and back room spaces

• Supporting stylists and management as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous salon, spa, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred

• Experience with sales, upselling, and recommending products or services

• Experience using scheduling or booking software is a plus
