Position Summary
The Front Desk Associate provides guest support by managing check-ins, handling inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out processes
- Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, or email
- Provide information about property amenities, policies, and local area
- Handle reservations, payments, and basic administrative tasks
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to handle reservations systems
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
