Part-Time Front of House Team Member

***This is a part time afternoon/evening position. Hours will be scheduled between 3pm-11pm.

***20-25 Hours a week max

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere by smiling and engaging with guests
• Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically to guests
• Make emotional connections with guests to provide an exceptional dining or drive-thru experience
• Honor and uphold Chick-fil-A’s vision and values
• Multitask quickly and efficiently
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A’s policies and dress code at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be able to work an 8 hour shift on Saturdays
• Must be able to work outside for the duration of the shift
• Consistent and reliable work ethic
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Passion for serving and helping others
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbsregularly
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
