Part Time Graphic Artist Hybrid

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist / Point of Sales (POS) Support Associate to join our team. This part-time hybrid position combines graphic design support with the organization, management, and distribution of point-of-sale materials. In this role, you will help create and prepare promotional materials such as menus, table tents, banners, signage, displays, and other branded materials used by our sales team and retail partners. You will also receive, organize, track, and distribute POS inventory from suppliers and breweries. This is a great entry-level opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in graphic design, marketing, sales support, supplier relations, and beverage distribution operations. Our Minimum Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory, design, and office software
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, work orders, safety guidelines, and account-specific requests
• Ability to organize multiple assignments and meet established deadlines

Our Preferred Qualifications 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in graphic design, art, visual communications, marketing, or a related field
• Experience or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Interest in graphic design, marketing, sales support, or brand development
• Familiarity with inventory management, warehouse practices, or distribution operations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and operations teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Create layouts using graphic design principles and aesthetic concepts
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for menus, table tents, banners, signage, logos, displays, and other promotional materials
• Determine the appropriate size, arrangement, style, and format of visual and written content
• Prepare final electronic files and printed mock-ups for review, approval, and production
• Follow current design trends while ensuring materials remain consistent with company and supplier branding guidelines
• Assist with mounting, assembling, cutting, or otherwise preparing signage, displays, and promotional materials for use
• Receive, organize, catalog, store, and maintain POS materials from suppliers and breweries
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing POS materials and communicate inventory availability, shortages, or discrepancies
• Fulfill POS requests and prepare materials for pickup, delivery, or shipment to sales teams and retail accounts
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, delivery, and management teams to ensure POS needs are completed accurately and on time
• Respond to sales-team questions, special requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Build positive working relationships with sales-team members, sales management, supplier partners, and other departments
• Use basic math and problem-solving skills to count inventory, verify quantities, and help resolve missing, damaged, or incorrect items
• Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized design and POS storage area
• Support seasonal programs, special projects, inventory cleanup, and other branch needs as assigned
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to regularly sit, stand, and walk while completing design and POS-support responsibilities
• Ability to bend, reach, pull, push, carry, and assemble promotional materials
• Ability to lift, lower, push, carry, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds; heavier materials may be moved with appropriate equipment or assistance
• Ability to work in both office and POS storage or warehouse environments

This role requires regular, ongoing onsite presence. Employees are expected to work onsite, including at non-company locations where we conduct business, according to the schedule established by supervisors and/or branch management.
