Part time Hatfield Warehouse Associate- All ShiftsLocation: Hatfield, PA (Onsite) Schedule: All Shifts Starting Pay: $20.00/hour | Weekly PayPosition Overview:Turn 14 Distribution is looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Hatfield team! In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by assisting with picking, packing, stocking, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and cycle counting of our automotive and powersports products.We are looking for individuals who are forward-focused, eager to grow, and motivated to meet daily goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities:

Unload incoming shipmentsVerify accuracy of part numbers and shipping documentationEnter shipment and inventory data into our ERP systemSort shipments and deliver products to assigned locationsPick, sort, and pack automotive and powersports partsPrepare shipping labels through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHLLoad trailers using pallet jacks and/or cherry pickersPerform inventory cycle countsResearch and reconcile inventory discrepanciesMaintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environmentMeet daily productivity goals for assigned tasks

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience preferredUnderstanding of warehouse processes including picking, put-away, cycle counting, packing, shipping, and receivingAbility to recognize and verify shipping labels for outbound trailersExperience operating warehouse equipment such as order pickers or forklifts preferredBasic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operationsAbility to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to maintain safety standards and follow established proceduresAbility to demonstrate and support Turn 14 Distribution's core values

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shiftAbility to safely lift and move products as requiredAbility to operate warehouse equipment and work in a warehouse environment
