What You'll DoYou won't be stuck behind a desk. In this role, you'll:

Collect and manage items like batteries, light bulbs, chemicals, and other hazardous materialsAssist with household hazardous waste drop-off events and community programsHelp unload vehicles, weigh materials, and sort waste for proper disposalPrepare materials for shipment and support vendor pickupsSet up and tear down community collection eventsOperate equipment (forklift, bobcat-training available if needed)Transport materials safely between locationsHelp maintain equipment, vehicles, and facilitiesWork alongside a team that supports environmental initiatives across Allen County

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone dependable, team-oriented, and ready to roll up their sleeves:

High school diploma or GED (related degree is a plus, but not required)Experience in waste management or a similar field is helpful, but we'll train the right personValid Indiana Driver's LicenseComfortable with physical work and lifting up to 75 lbsAbility to work in all types of weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work both independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Details
