The Head Coach leads and maintains an effective Division III athletics program through recruiting, on- field teaching techniques, scheduling and maintaining a competitive conference and non-conference schedule, maintain NCAA standards, budget management, fundraising, as well as promoting the sport throughout the University and local community.
