Brightpoint Community College invites applications for the Part-Time Help Hub Advisor position. This position will support student success, including advising continuing students, providing transfer support and outreach with transfer partners to improve retention through collaboration with faculty and staff and connection to college resources. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: advising students (continuing, and as needed, new students), manage a caseload of students as the result of Early Alerts and/or retention initiatives, and support success of all students to include providing services in the Help Hub, transfer advising/fairs, and new student orientation
Special Assignments
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
