Penmac Staffing is seeking a dependable Part-Time Helper to assist a local company with a variety of job site and property maintenance tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and helping wherever needed. Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor in indoor and outdoor environments
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
- Comfortable working on construction job sites and around tools and equipment
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks
- Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
Responsibilities
- Ride with the owner to new construction job sites
- Assist with cleaning and preparing fireplaces following installation
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites
- Perform groundskeeping and general property maintenance tasks
- Assist with painting projects, including fences and other structures
- Organize tools, materials, and shop areas
- Complete general labor tasks as assigned
- Provide support with miscellaneous projects and day-to-day operations
