About the Role
We’re hiring part‑time Ecotechs (home cleaners) to join our field team. This is an active, hands‑on role where you’ll work with a partner or independently depending on the day. No prior cleaning experience is required — we provide paid training and clear systems to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain residential homes using our green, non‑toxic products
- Follow a structured cleaning system and quality standards
- Use a company vehicle during your shift (to and from clients’ homes)
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates
- Maintain a positive, dependable presence each shift
Schedule & Hours
- Part‑time at $17/hour
- Typically 16–25 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, no weekend or night shifts
Physical Requirements
These are essential to the job and apply to all applicants:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time
- Ability to move safely and efficiently in different home environments
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from our office at 6001 Lakeside Avenue
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfort following a structured system and receiving coaching
