Part-Time Home Health CNA

This position requires daily morning availability M-F. Roughly 15-20 hours per week.

Pay and Benefits:Pay rate is from $19-25 an hour, DOE First Choice pays travel time & mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities:

Assists patients with their daily living activities Spends time assisting patients with grooming to help them feel great Works as part of the care team to help patients reach their goals and to be comforted Always maintains patient comfort & safety Attends case conference weekly to coordinate patient care with case manager & team

Qualifications: Must be available daily Monday-Friday, beginning at 8 am. Active CNA license *Please only apply if you have an active license. Over the age of 18 Valid Drivers licenseReliable transportation
