Job description The Hospitality Team member role is more than just a job; its an opportunity. Its an opportunity to change someones life each day through being kind and caring for our guests and teammates. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Hospitality Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Hospitality Team Member Responsibilities:

• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Work schedule:

• Night shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday
