Arise Riverside in Austin, TX is seeking a dependable Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team! We take pride in offering a welcoming, clean, and safe environment for our residents, and the Housekeeper is vital to making that happen.
Position Summary:
- Job Title: Part-Time Housekeeper
- Location: 1900 Airport Commerce Dr., Austin, TX 78741
- Hours: Part-Time (Approx. 10-20 hours/week)
- Compensation: $18-20 per hour + Opportunities for performance bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Common Areas: Regularly clean and sanitize leasing office, lobby, clubhouse, gym and public restrooms.
- Model Units/Vacant Units: Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins (deep cleaning) and keep model units pristine.
- Supplies & Reporting: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries. Immediately report maintenance issues (broken lights, leaks, damages) to the Property Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required (we will train the right person).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for long periods, and ability to lift up to 25-35 lbs.
- Friendly demeanor and professional appearance, as you will interact with residents.
- Reliable transportation to and from the property.
- Must pass a background check.
