Part-Time Housekeeper- UES, NYC

Individual residing on the Upper West Side of Manhattan is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining an exceptionally clean residence while managing light household assistant tasks, including laundry, inventory management, and vendor oversight. Adherence to a fragrance-free lifestyle and household protocol is required due to severe allergies.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and routine upkeep across the 2,400 sq. ft. apartment using specific non-toxic fragrance free products.

• Handle laundry and linens using fragrance-free detergents. 

• Perform grocery shopping, run local household errands, and keep household supplies, pantries, and essentials fully stocked.

• Serve as the on-site contact for routine maintenance or repair contractors, scheduling visits and overseeing their work.

Qualifications:

• Must be strictly committed to a fragrance-free lifestyle (no perfume, scented lotions, or heavily fragranced personal care products) 

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, self-motivated, discreet, and reliable.

• Excellent references

Schedule: 2 days per week

Salary $45.00 – $55.00 per hour
