Part-Time HR (Entry-Level)
We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.
Schedule: Part-time (approximately 15–25 hours per week; ideally Thursdays and Fridays, 9am-5pm)
Location: On-site at our Lehi location.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support onboarding, new hire paperwork and orientation for new hires
- Help process payroll changes, timekeeping records, and benefits paperwork
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist with compliance, training records, and HR reporting
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications
- Previous HR, office administration, or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and confidentiality standards is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic HR software systems
- Ability to multitask and work independently
