We are seeking an experienced and proactive Part-Time HR Manager to oversee and support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering with leadership, improving processes, and supporting employees across the full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leadership
Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Administer benefits programs and support open enrollment activities
Support payroll coordination and ensure accuracy in HRIS systems
Maintain employee records, policies, and HR documentation
Provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions
Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings and interview coordination
Identify and implement HR process improvements and best practices
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Manager or HR Generalist level)
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, or similar)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and employee engagement skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
