Description Summary

Instruct adult learners in the areas of Reading, Writing, Math, Social Studies and Science. This position will primarily focus on teaching evening classes in Writing.

Instructors will be responsible for basic record keeping such as attendance, writing and updating lesson plans, follow up on students who did not attend class, promoting classes in the community with flyers and attending community events, and assisting with orientation and testing.

• Present organized lessons in a face-to-face classroom setting

Qualifications

BA required, BA in Education preferred, basic knowledge of computers
