About the Role

Warm leads. No cold calling. Strong earning potential.

As a Part-Time Inside Sales Consultant, you’ll connect with prospective clients who have already expressed interest in Milan through our marketing channels. Your job is to build rapport, understand what they’re looking for, answer questions, and turn that interest into a booked consultation.

You’ll connect with leads through phone, text, email, and chat in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. You’ll receive the same sales training, coaching, and commission opportunities as our full-time team while working a part-time schedule.

Compensation

• Base Pay: $20.00/hour

• Total Cash Earnings: $22.85+/hour with commission

• Top Performers: $36.00+/hour

• Commission is performance-based

Schedule

• 16–24 hours per week

• Flexible shift options, including 4–5 hour shifts and/or 8–10 hour shifts

• Shift length and schedule will vary based on availability and business needs

• Morning and/or evening availability

• Weekend availability required

• Additional hours may be available based on business needs

Business Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 10:30 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:30 PM

• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Part-time roles are not eligible for full-time benefits. Team members are encouraged to explore full-time opportunities as they become available.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with warm, marketing-generated leads through phone, text, email, and chat

• Convert prospective clients into booked consultations

• Build rapport quickly and confidently explain the value of Milan

• Create excitement and urgency around taking the next step

• Manage multiple conversations and systems in a high-volume environment

• Accurately document client interactions and coordinate scheduling with clinics nationwide

• Meet sales and performance goals

• Use real-time coaching and feedback to continuously improve your results

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of customer service experience

• Sales, appointment-setting, or KPI-driven experience preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence building rapport and asking for the next step

• Ability to type 60+ WPM and navigate multiple systems

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven sales environment

• Coachable, competitive, and motivated by results

• Call center experience preferred
