Instructional Aide: Cooper Montessori (Part Time)

The Burlington Area School District is seeking an enthusiastic Special Education Paraprofessional to join our dynamic team at Cooper Montessori School. Cooper follows a professional learning communities model and the individual in this role will have the opportunity to work with a team of fantastic buildings leaders, teachers, and students. The ideal candidate has experience working with elementary aged children, has experience in an educational setting and understands the basics of Montessori Philosophy.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the building administration and department lead/chair, the licensed Instructionl Aide assists teachers in achieving academic and physical objectives with students.

Either supporting small groups or working one-on-one with students, this position works closely with to make sure the student is able to get the most of their school day.
