Salary/Position Classification
- $7,500 contract, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Purpose of Position
The purpose of this position is to provide effective teaching in the area of Oil & Gas Law at the University of North Dakota School of Law.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Effective teaching in the area of Oil & Gas Law.

Minimum Requirements
- Ph.D. In Oil & Gas, Environmental Law, or related field, or a J.D. Degree
- 2 years of relevant work/teaching experience
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications
- J.D. Degree from an ABA-accredited law school
