Job Summary
The primary focus of the clinical faculty is on education, supervision, and evaluation of students in the program's affiliated clinical settings. Clinical faculty may also expect to occasionally report to campus for lab setting, clinical instruction as necessary/assigned.
Principal Accountabilities
Maintain reliable transportation for assigned travel;
Coordinate site visit schedules with program Clinical Coordinator;
Understand the clinical objectives and clinical evaluation system and evaluating students' clinical competence;
Provide students with clinical instruction and supervision;
Communicate with site Clinical Preceptors and program Clinical Coordinator regularly;
Participate in the assessment process, as appropriate;
Maintain current knowledge of program mission and goals, program policies, procedures, and student progress and monitoring and enforcing program policies and procedures.
