We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative person who is eager to learn, has relevant skills, and can quickly adapt to new tasks. This individual will work up to 30 hours per week depending on experience and skills as they collaborate with our team to gain hands‑on experience essential for communicating and marketing department initiatives via social media, video, and graphic design.This position is a temporary internship available only to currently enrolled students. It is not intended to lead to full‑time employment upon graduation. Students interested in continued employment must apply for open positions and complete the standard hiring process.Essential Job FunctionsAssist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, strategies, and deliverablesHelp manage social media accounts including content creation, graphic design, scheduling, and engagementSupport the development of promotional materials such as email, articles, digital ads, brochures, newsletters, and flyersAssist in reviewing, maintaining and updating Knowledge Base articles, internal materials, communication resources, job aids and website.Assist with research on industry trends and marketing strategies to inform strategic decision‑making.Assist in submitting information to various communication channelsAid in organizing, coordinating, and promoting events and programs including providing on‑site support as neededPerform administrative duties as needed to support the marketing and communications effortsAssist in engaging with the community and stakeholders to enhance the organization's visibility and reputationResponsible for other reasonable, related duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesSelf‑motivated and able to handle new challenges without constant supervisionStrong written and verbal communication skills, including copy writingProficient with social mediaFamiliarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)Familiarity with basic photography, videography, and editing to support digital contentMultitasking and the ability to apply complex informationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamInterest in learning new skills and taking on diverse tasksStrong organizational skills and attention to detailHands‑on experience in various aspects of marketing and communicationsPhysical AbilitiesThe work is sedentary.
