Part Time Janitor

We are looking for a Janitor to help us keep our properties and grounds maintained.

This position would be up to 40 hours per week, 5 days per week.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Clean Breakrooms - sweep, mop, trash, clean countertops, clean inside/outside of refrigerators, take trash out, stocking, etc.
• Clean Bathrooms - toilets, sinks, floors, garbage, etc.
• Clean conference rooms - tables, chairs, TV, vacuum, etc.
• Clean general office areas - vacuum, dust, take trash out, etc.
• Clean windows - interior only
• Clean drinking fountains
• Change lightbulbs
• Picking up trash outside of buildings, general yard cleaning, general grounds work, etc.
• Sweep sidewalks
• Use our Floor Sweeper in manufacturing areas
• Other duties may include cleaning stairwells (railings), cleaning equipment, doing some inventory, cleaning elevators, clean doors, ledges, and more.

Qualifications:

• Custodial/janitorial experience preferred
• Great attendance

Requirements:

• Ability to stand up to 5 hours a day
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Body movements; walking, bending, reaching, and squatting
• Dexterity/Coordination: must be able to operate manual tools such as spray bottles, mops, vacuums, sweeper, etc.
• Must wear safety glasses in designated areas
• Work will be performed in a combination of manufacturing and office environments and may be exposed to elements such as saw dust, noise, etc. Also be prepared for traveling from building to building throughout the property during all types of weather.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. or 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Up to 40 hours a week. Compensation $20/hour.
