Part-Time Janitor/Light Maintenance
We are looking for motivated, dependable candidates for a part-time Janitor/Light Maintenance position in Macedonia, Ohio. This role offers a great opportunity for someone seeking flexible hours with a hands-on approach to building care.

Hours:
1st Shift, 10:00 AM 4:00 PM, Monday Friday
2530 hours per week
Pay:
$16.00/hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
General cleaning and building care in office and shop areas
Lawn mowing, mulching, raking, and blowing leaves
Removing trash and recycling
Caring for plants around the building
Assisting with sorting received materials
Painting, changing light bulbs, mopping, sweeping, and pressure washing
Performing light plumbing repairs
Supporting other tasks as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Janitorial or facilities maintenance experience required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to handle indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks
Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and assist wherever necessary
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with painting, light plumbing, or pressure washing
Basic carpentry or repair skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Prior janitorial or light maintenance work is a plus
Other Requirements:
Ability to work on-site during scheduled hours
Moderate physical activity; in decent shape to handle labor-intensive tasks
Comfortable working outdoors and indoors with manual tools
