Hours:
1st Shift, 10:00 AM 4:00 PM, Monday Friday
2530 hours per week
Pay:
$16.00/hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:- General cleaning and building care in office and shop areas
- Lawn mowing, mulching, raking, and blowing leaves
- Removing trash and recycling
- Caring for plants around the building
- Assisting with sorting received materials
- Painting, changing light bulbs, mopping, sweeping, and pressure washing
- Performing light plumbing repairs
- Supporting other tasks as needed
Minimum Requirements:- Janitorial or facilities maintenance experience required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to handle indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and assist wherever necessary
Nice to Have Skills:- Experience with painting, light plumbing, or pressure washing
- Basic carpentry or repair skills
Preferred Education and Experience:- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior janitorial or light maintenance work is a plus
Other Requirements:- Ability to work on-site during scheduled hours
- Moderate physical activity; in decent shape to handle labor-intensive tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors and indoors with manual tools
