Join K. Payne Contracting, LLC as a Part Time Janitorial Cleaner in Tampa, FL, where you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
