Shifts we need most: Weekday Evenings and Weekend Mornings
Hours per week:12–20 hours
What you’ll do:
- Lead fun, beginner-friendly tumbling classes for kids (no prior experience needed—we train you)
- Create an environment where kids feel encouraged, safe, and celebrated
- Be confident and engaging when leading kids and communicating with parents
- Take ownership of your classes and help keep the gym organized and welcoming

Our standard job board application doesn’t tell us much about your personality — and that’s the most important part of this role. You will NOT be considered until you complete our required application form (see link below) and submit a video showing us who you are as a person. Don’t worry — we’re not expecting a Hollywood production, just a chance to see who you are with energy and enthusiasm.
