We're looking for a dependable, motivated, and solutions-driven Production & Install Specialist to join our growing large format sign and graphics printing team approximately 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with their hands, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and enjoys a mix of shop production and field installation work.

This is a part-time position with consistent daytime business hours and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role after a 90-day probationary period.
What You'll Be Doing
Exciting new opportunities to learn each day. One day you may be producing and finishing large format graphics in the shop, and the next you could be out on-site installing signage and helping bring projects to life.
Responsibilities Include:
Large format print production, vinyl weeding, laminating, trimming, and graphic finishing
Preparing signage and graphics for delivery and installation
Supporting daily production workflow and helping maintain project timelines
Assisting with and leading off-site sign and graphics installations
Using hand tools and power tools safely and confidently, including drills and installation equipment
Working independently in the field when needed
Supporting rush projects and large-scale production jobs during busy seasons
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient production environment
Collaborating with a positive, fast-moving team to solve problems and deliver high-quality work
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who shows up with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Summer is our busiest season, so prior experience in construction, production, installation, trades, or signage is strongly preferred.
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience in construction, signage, trades, fabrication, installation, or hands-on production work
Familiarity with large format graphics, vinyl application, or print production
Comfortable using hand tools, power drills, and installation tools
Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and follow job site safety procedures
Experience working independently and solving problems in the field
Ability to creatively problem solve and demonstrate excellent critical thinking skills
Positive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly when challenges arise
Comfortable learning new equipment, tools, and production processes
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position. Candidates should be comfortable:
Standing and moving for 6-8 hour shifts
Bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting throughout the day
Climbing ladders and working at heights
Lifting and carrying signage, materials, and tools
Performing repetitive production and installation tasks

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
