Provide courteous and professional service to residents and visitors, including greeting them in the office, answering phone calls and emails, and booking tour appointments.
Conduct daily leasing activities, such as responding to new leads, conducting property/unit tours for potential residents, following up with prospects, and generating lease paperwork.
Prepare marketing materials for touring, move-in day materials for incoming residents, etc.
Assist with all Resident event activities, including planning, prep, and executing resident events
Drive company vehicles as needed for property tours and other job-related tasks; must have a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
A valid driver's license is required
Must be able to work during the summer and on breaks when the University of Illinois is not in session
Required to work 2 Saturdays a month
Ideal candidates will be able to work a minimum of 15-20 hours a week
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
The hourly rate for this position is $16 an hour. In addition to a base hourly rate of pay, our Leasing Agents can earn supplemental compensation in the form of commissions and incentives.
