Crowne Partners professionally manages and develops apartment communities throughout the US and has constructed, developed, and/or renovated numerous Class-A luxury apartment communities. We are currently seeking an experienced candidate for a Part-Time Leasing Consultant position.

Essential Functions

Conducting tours of the community

Marketing to potential customers in person, over the telephone, and via email

Developing and maintaining first class customer service relationships with prospects and residents

Closing the sale and securing leases

Typing leases and completing appropriate paperwork

Assisting management in daily office operations; processing and maintaining property files

Planning, organizing, and conducting resident functions as needed

Preparing marketing materials and distributing them

Effectively contributing in a team environment

Obtaining Fair Housing Certification

Additional Functions

Performs additional duties as assigned by the Community Director
