If you have prior leasing experience and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!Why Join Us?Work with a supportive and dynamic teamFlexible part-time schedule Monday - Friday (90 to 120 hours per month)Opportunity to make a positive impact in a thriving communityRichSmith Management is an Equal Opportunity EmployerKey Responsibilities:Serve as the first impression for all visitors to our Leasing OfficeAssist the Community Director in managing the propertyMeet with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and guestsEnsure maximum occupancy and high renewal rates by renting apartment unitsCoordinate move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations, renewals, and apartment showingsAccurately complete paperwork for current and prospective tenantsQualifications:Prior leasing experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service focusAbility to handle basic office tasks (typing, filing, scanning, faxing, answering phones)Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in MS Office software and standard office administration and equipmentPhysical Requirements:Ability to walk the property, including multiple flights of stairsPerform physical inspections, deliver resident communications, and show apartmentsReady to Make a Difference?If you're ready to bring your skills and enthusiasm to our team and help create a welcoming and well-managed community, apply today!
