Job Summary/Basic Function
Part-Time Lecturer (adjunct) faculty position within the Department of English.
Specific Responsibilities
Part-Time Lecturer (adjunct) faculty members in the Department of English teach from one to three composition courses per semester or the equivalent; when possible, Part-Time Lecturer (adjunct) faculty members have one or two preparations each semester.
Required Relevant Education & Experience
A master's degree in English or related field is required; university-level teaching experience is preferred.
Required Field(s) of Study Preferred Relevant Education and Experience
The Department currently has a specific need for instructors to teach Junior-level composition courses (Writing and Research in the Professions).
