About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at Recovery and Rehabilitation Wellness Spa as a Part-Time Licensed Esthetician! We are passionate about providing exceptional skincare services and holistic wellness experiences to our clients in Durham, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion.
- Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends and techniques to provide top-notch services.
- Promote and sell spa products that enhance client skincare routines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Collaborate with other spa professionals to create a cohesive wellness experience.
- Follow spa sanitation and safety standards
- Support promotions, events, and client retention
Requirements:
- Valid esthetician license in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a spa or skincare setting.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for wellness and helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Weekend availability preferred
